Maintenance Electrician

ETA Group is currently seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians for an 8:6 FIFO opportunity at a remote mining operation in Tanami, Northern Territory.

What’s on offer:

• $75 per hour flat rate

• 8 days on, 6 days off roster

• FIFO from Brisbane or Perth

• Work across the mill processing plant and camp facilities

• Ongoing maintenance in a remote mining environment

About the role:

You will support the safe and reliable operation of the site by completing:

• Electrical fault-finding and breakdown response

• Preventative and scheduled maintenance

• Inspection, testing and repair of electrical equipment

• Maintenance across HV, instrumentation and general electrical systems

• Electrical maintenance within the mill processing plant

• General electrical maintenance across camp facilities

Requirements:

• Current unrestricted Australian Electrical Licence

• Previous mining experience

• Strong mill processing plant experience

• HV switching experience and competency

• Instrumentation experience

• Strong maintenance and fault-finding skills

• Ability to work safely and independently in a remote environment

• Current mining tickets and relevant site competencies are highly regarded
