FIFO jobs, matched to your roster
FIFO stands for fly-in fly-out. Workers fly from a city hub to a remote site, usually a mine or gas field in Western Australia, Queensland, or South Australia, live on site for a roster like two weeks on, one week off, then fly home.
To get in, most roles want a trade qualification or a few years of experience, a white card for construction safety, and a medical and drug test.
Pay is very good, plus super and travel covered, but the trade-off is time away from family and the isolation.
That's exactly the gap FIFOWorks fills: one place where FIFO workers can see roles that match their roster instead of trawling separate sites.
