No. Requirements vary by site, employer and state. Many entry-level roles ask for none, and some employers train you on arrival. Always check the job ad and your employer's induction list before you pay for a course.
The White Card is a nationally recognised general construction induction you complete with a training provider. A site induction is run by the employer or site on arrival and covers that site's own rules, so it does not replace the White Card, and the White Card does not replace it.
The EWP course covers operating scissor lifts and boom lifts. If the job involves a boom-type platform of 11 metres or more, the job ad will usually ask for the boom-type EWP licence (a High Risk Work Licence). Check the ad to see which one it asks for.
No. FIFOWorks is a job board, not a training provider. The courses are run and certified by Cailin Mining & Civil, Civil Safety and Civil Trans Training (which delivers on behalf of a registered training organisation), so FIFOWorks does not issue any ticket.

The providers say funding may be available, for example Construction Training Fund (CTF) in WA, and Civil Safety also names Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ). Eligibility rules apply, so ask the provider before you book.
Civil Safety's course pages say a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI) is mandatory for nationally recognised training, and that you can apply for one at usi.gov.au. Check with your provider when you book.
They are site or state add-ons rather than everyday tickets. Standard 11 is a Queensland mining site induction, a Generic Induction is a general induction some states or employers ask for, and an MSIC is a background-checked ID for secure port and maritime areas.
